Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream

  • 3-4 dashes Orange Flower Water
  • Soda Water

Preparation

Dry shake (without ice) the gin, citrus juices, syrup, cream, egg white, and orange flower water; then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water. Do not stir once soda water is added.
