1. Overview

Cocktail Connect ("we," "our," or "the App") is owned and operated by Atlanta Cocktail Directory. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Location Data: To show you on the Lounge Map, we collect your precise location while the App is in use. Your location is only visible to others when you are actively "Checked In" to a lounge.
• Account Info: We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account (Email/UID).
• User Content: We store chat messages and "Signals" you send to other users.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• The Nightly Wipe: To ensure your privacy, all active Chat Rooms, Messages, and Check-In records are automatically deleted from our servers every day at 4:00 AM (Eastern Time).
• User Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings menu in the App.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): For database and authentication hosting.
• RevenueCat: For managing your "Pro" subscription. We do not store or see your credit card information.

5. Safety & Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Users can block and report abusive behavior instantly. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
