Terms of Service

Welcome to Soulwell. By downloading, accessing, or using the Soulwell application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Soulwell, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Soulwell for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

Soulwell uses artificial intelligence to provide reflections, surface patterns in your prayer life, and suggest relevant Bible verses. The AI-generated content is intended to support and enrich your personal faith journey and does not constitute pastoral counseling, theological advice, or professional guidance. AI reflections are not a substitute for your own discernment, prayer, or the counsel of a pastor, priest, or spiritual director.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological correctness of any AI-generated reflection, pattern analysis, or Scripture suggestion. The App is a tool to aid your prayer life, not a replacement for your relationship with God or your faith community.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Soulwell
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the AI system
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Soulwell offers a 7-day free trial and premium features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store's terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soulwell, nor its owners, developers, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App; (ii) any AI-generated content, reflections, or Scripture suggestions; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the AI analysis; (iv) any decisions made based on AI-generated content; and (v) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of Soulwell after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
